Terms of Service

1. Overview

PaintFlow provides a done-for-you operations platform for painting contractors, including automated lead follow-up, estimating tools, job tracking, and communication management. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

PaintFlow provides:

• Custom estimating system setup and maintenance.
• Automated lead follow-up via text and email.
• Unified inbox for all customer communications.
• Job profitability tracking and reporting.
• Ongoing system optimization and support.

Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. We handle the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of your system.

3. Subscription & Billing

• A one-time setup fee is due before system build begins.
• Monthly subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
• All fees are outlined in your service agreement prior to onboarding.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts are required.

4. 30-Day Performance Guarantee

If PaintFlow does not help you close at least one additional job within 30 days of your system going live, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee applies to the setup fee and first month's subscription. Contact us to initiate a refund under this guarantee.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding.
• Respond to leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure your contact information and availability are kept up to date.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including marketing and communication laws.

6. Communications Sent on Your Behalf

PaintFlow sends automated text messages and emails to your leads and customers on your behalf. By using our service, you authorize us to send these communications using your business name and contact information. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from recipients as required by law.

7. Data Ownership

You own all of your business data, including leads, estimates, job records, and customer communications. If you cancel your subscription, we will provide an export of your data upon request within 30 days of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

PaintFlow is a business operations tool and does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond the 30-day performance guarantee. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed leads due to factors outside our control, or business decisions made based on data in the platform.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months, except under the 30-day performance guarantee.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
